When will tracts be available?
Rocky Ridge Tracts is coming soon — fifteen tracts of 10+ acres near Hillsboro in Hill County, about an hour south of Dallas–Fort Worth. The project is substantially complete. Pricing has not been released yet. Call (956) 383-3222 to join the interest list and be the first to know when tracts and pricing are released.
Will the tracts have utilities?
Electricity is pending. Water: Tracts 1–5 already have approved water meters from the City of Hillsboro. A water well on Tract 9 is intended to serve Tracts 6–11, and a water well on Tract 14 is intended to serve Tracts 12–15. Septic systems are not included — septic is a buyer cost.
Is there a property owners association?
Yes. Each tract will be part of a property owners association for the development, which covers common maintenance fees.
Will owner financing be available?
Yes. Owner financing is available on our communities. Loans are originated and serviced through Pueblo de Palmas, Inc., the third-party loan originator and subservicer for the owner finance sellers.
